Hi! I'm Chelsea - ex-recruiter turned active travel guide turned career coach. In 2016, I left my corporate recruiting job at Time Inc. (a major media company) behind for a hard career pivot in tourism. This career change gave me the space, insight, and perspective to see how unhappy I was in my career.
Throughout the last 7 years, I've invested thousands of dollars into my own personal development and created a career coaching company that has now helped hundreds of women all over the world. My average client is getting a $30,000+ salary increase and have landed at companies like Microsoft, The Guardian, Hubspot, and more.
My vision is to help break down the traditional corporate structure by infusing more feminine energetics into a very patriarchal system. The work me and my team do is helping to create a better way to work for our clients through both traditional and unconventional tactics.
